All returns must be made to the following address:

The products must be returned together with their original invoice (you can find it in the external plastic envelope in your package)
- All the products are in perfect conditions
- All the products are not washed
- All the products are not worn
- Original tags are still on each product
- They are still in their original package
- Everything is sent back within 2 weeks after you receive your package
*N.B. If the conditions are not fulfilled we can’t exchange the products and we will ask you to pay for the shipping costs to send the product back to you. You will bear the cost of returning back and dispatching a new package.

*N.B. If you used or washed the product and the tags are not on anymore we can’t refund you.If you have a problem with your product we will try to help you as much as you can but refunds are not doable.
In the unlucky case in which you receive the wrong product or a faulty product, please fill in the Contact Us form providing your order number and the details of your complaint.
