ORDERS

  • Call the number +357 99 302092 during office hours 8:30 – 17:00 (GMT +1.00)
  • You can fill in the Contact us form and our customer care will get back to you as soon as possible

You can order only the items that are available on our website
N.B. If something is not available, unfortunately it means that it’s not in stock anymore

When you order something on our website. Standard procedures will follow through PayPal

i.e. An email that informs you that your order has been received

RETURNS

You can only if:

  • You send them back within 2 weeks after you received them
  • They are in original condition (Not worn or washed or damaged)
  • The tags are still on
  • They are still in their original package
  • You will bear the cost of returning back and dispatching a new package
  • You can read everything about returns in our Returns Policy

N.B. If the conditions are not fulfilled we can’t exchange the products and we will ask you to pay for the shipping costs to send the product back to you

  • Name, color and size of the product you ordered
  • Name, color and size of the product you received
  • Upload pictures in which we can clearly see the mistake

N.B. If you used or washed the product and the tags are not on anymore we can’t refund you. If you have a problem with your product we will try to help you as much as you can but refunds are not doable

SHIPMENTS

All  orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of placing your order excluding orders placed over weekends which will be dispatched following Monday

For example if you place order after Friday 12.30pm you will receive your parcel Monday as the 24 hour service does not cover weekends

All orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched the following work day

ACS is our preferred delivery courier for all orders.

Orders within Limassol are delivered to your home address. Orders to be delivered to any other destination within Cyprus are shipped via ACS courier and items should be collected from the nearest local ACS offices of your home address.

We deliver goods only within Cyprus

If for any reason there will be a delay with your order you will be contacted straight away

MMD Style shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through your own appointed third party carriers with whom you may contract for services [on your behalf]
